PASIN Pilot Project Quality Manager Orientation Sessions

For 2008 construction projects with PASIN (Pennsylvania ASphalt Improvement Network) pilot implementation Special Provision and for pilot projects upcoming in 2009 and beyond.

Session Information:

PASIN (Pennsylvania Asphalt Improvement Network) Pilot Projects

Several construction projects will be let that will include a Special Provision for PASIN implementation (see 2008 list below).  In order for a contractor to bid on these projects a Quality Manager (QM) must oversee all quality aspects of the work. The qualifications of the QM must be submitted to and approved by PENNDOT.  One qualification is to provide verification of successful completion of this PASIN Quality Manager Orientation offered by the Department.
